You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Archscale or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Specific project terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in separate written agreements. These Terms and Conditions complement but do not replace project-specific contracts.

All architectural designs, drawings, and documentation remain the intellectual property of Archscale unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for the specified project only.

Payment terms, including fees, deposits, and payment schedules, will be specified in project agreements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment and to pursue legal remedies to collect outstanding amounts.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals, and feedback necessary for project completion. Delays caused by client actions may result in timeline adjustments and additional fees.

Clients must ensure they have all necessary permits, approvals, and rights related to their projects. Archscale is not responsible for obtaining permits unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.

Archscale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

We strive to provide high-quality professional services but make no warranties or guarantees regarding specific outcomes, approvals, or construction results.

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with client consent.

Clients agree that we may use completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless a specific non-disclosure agreement prohibits such use.

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to the terms specified in the project contract. Termination does not relieve clients of payment obligations for work completed or expenses incurred.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where Archscale is headquartered.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Archscale operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
